Overview
This type of pledge card contains a tear off. The pledger keeps the top part of the card, and the canvasser keeps the bottom part of the card for record keeping and data entry. As the pledger keeps part of the card, there is an opportunity to display useful information on the back side of the part of the card they will keep. This is a base template - there are many ways to customize it.
