High traffic pledge collection (HTPC) offers a high-touch way to gather targeted relational contacts during any phase of your campaign or voter turnout effort. Like any other high traffic canvass effort, its success depends largely on location, time, and attitude. We know from over one hundred fieldwork hours that HTPC is effective as an in-person activity.
